Shipping policy
Engines ship on reinforced, strapped pallets by commercial LTL freight after payment clearance and pre-dispatch verification. Allow approximately 3-6 business days for inspection, protective wrapping, fluid containment, and handoff to the carrier; estimated transit time is additional and depends on destination. Quotes assume a commercial address with a receiving dock or forklift. Residential, limited-access, appointment, and liftgate services may incur surcharges disclosed before shipment. A contact phone number is required for the carrier's delivery coordination. At delivery, inspect the crate/pallet before signing, note shortages or damage on the freight receipt, photograph affected areas, and notify us promptly. Risk of loss and title pass as required by the applicable sales contract and law; carrier procedures do not override statutory consumer protections. International export service is quotation-only and may require additional compliance documents.
