Refund policy

Returns require a written return authorization within 21 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Buyers should inspect exterior condition, part identification, and documented inclusions before installation. If a delivered assembly is materially different from its listing or arrives damaged, contact our team within 72 hours and preserve all packaging; we will review photos and carrier records and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. For approved change-of-mind returns, the engine must remain uninstalled, unmodified, and secured for freight collection; original outbound freight and a disclosed 15% handling/restocking fee may be deducted where law permits. We do not accept returns of engines that have been disassembled, overheated, modified, or installed incorrectly, except where mandatory consumer rights or a separate written warranty applies. Fluid changes, seals, tune-ups, and manufacturer-specified wear items are the installer's responsibility. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 10 business days of acceptance. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
